Your Responsibilities and Privacy

You are responsible for all the information and files you submit to us. You confirm that anything you send will not infringe on a third party's rights, unless you have obtained their permission. You also agree not to send or receive any content that violates applicable laws, including cyber laws. We are not responsible for content posted online by our users.

If you come across content you find inappropriate or offensive, Custom Designed Boxes cannot be held liable, as we do not control all the content that appears online. We may store your data and disclose it to authorities when legally required, or when necessary to protect our business interests.

Final Products Cannot Be Rejected Due to Color or Design Variations

We will do our best to reproduce the colors and designs you provide. However, some factors, such as differences between screen and print colors, can affect how the final product looks. By placing an order, you accept that slight variations may occur and that we cannot be held responsible for them. The final result may not match your expectations exactly, but we work hard to reflect your design as faithfully as possible.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellations

Once you have confirmed your choices and registered with us, we begin work on your order only after receiving full payment. This includes any shipping, handling fees, and taxes. You can pay by credit card or another valid online payment method.

After paying, please send us proof of payment (such as a printed or digital receipt). If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing it. A cancellation fee, calculated as a percentage of your total order value, will apply.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your delivery from Custom Designed Boxes, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving it. Products must be returned undamaged. Full refunds and returns are not available. However, if the issue is due to an error on our part, we will reprint your products at no extra cost. If the problem is not caused by us, we are not responsible for it.
